Keratin is a solution that douses the hair in chemicals and protein in order for it to go straight or smooth with the assistance of heat memory.

Innovatis Luxury Caviar Collagen is a non-chemical service that does not straighten the hair when direct heat is applied.

The Luxury Caviar treatment can be performed on keratin treated hair however a non sulphate shampoo is to be used in the cleansing process. It may not last the full duration of 3-4 weeks due to the restriction of use of non collagen and caviar after care.

Depending on the general maintenance of the individual it may only last 1-2 weeks. Half the life time and full potential with appropriate aftercare. 

Luxury Caviar is a hydra nutritive treatment consisting of concentrated cosmetic grade collagen and caviar oil that is sealed into the hair with a hot iron after being rinsed out with cold water. The mixing ratio and method is adjusted according to each individual depending of the extent of their damage. It is not an average treatment squeezed from a tube. It goes beyond the duration from your salon visit to the next wash you have at home. It lasts 3-4 weeks in between your washes.

Luxury Caviar only processes for 15minutes.

The whole service of application and finishing the hair will take half an hour.

Once you have an approved account you will be given access to your trade discount. You can ensure that this is applied to your order by first logging into your account using the email and password you selected before adding your products to cart. This will then check out with your discount already applied. Provided that your order has not been packed and dispatched, we may be able to make adjustments to your order, and will always do our best to accommodate you where possible! please email us on info@innovatis.com.au  as soon as you can and one of our customer service team will do their best to assist you.

All orders are packed within 24 hours of receiving & you will be emailed a confirmation of order and then again when your order is dispatched with your shipping details, including your tracking.

Innovatis shipping times & rates are calculated as per standard Australia Post transit times. Please note that the stated delivery times are ETA's only, and can be affected by things such as logistic issues & extreme weather events from time to time.

NSW Metro - 1- 3 business days

QLD, VIC or SA Metro - 3-6 business days

WA & NT Metro – 5-10 business days

International shipping rates can vary so please contact info@innovatis.com.au for shipping rates to your specific location. Depending on your destination, you may be subject to import duties, GST or charges that aren’t included in your purchase or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may require payment before your items are released to you. Please be aware of these costs before purchasing, as although we will do our best to help you through this process, Innovatis claims no responsibility for any issues in clearing items or extra charges.

Alternatively, if you want a faster result, you can take your tracking details and contact Australia post directly, or through this link here. Most delivery drivers will take a photo of where they delivered their parcel & Australia post should be able to supply that to you to ensure they have delivered to the correct address.

Innovatis endeavours to pack all orders with the care and consideration that our product deserves, however we do understand that from time to time items can get damaged in transit. Please email us as soon as your damaged items arrive at info@innovatis.com.au with your order number, email and full name so that we can dispatch a replacement for you asap. If you could also include a photo of the damaged products that would assist us in processing your replacements.

Innovatis endeavours to get all orders as correct as possible, however from time to time picking and packing mistakes can happen. First thing we will need to process your corrected items is your order number, your name, email and the incorrect items and we will have the correct items dispatched to you as soon as possible.

As salon stockists are independent, any purchased items from one of our salon partners will first have to go back to your original salon of purchase. From there they will decide whether to initiate the return in-house, or choose to engage with Innovatis Head Office.

Any item purchased can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days provided they are unopened, unused and in saleable condition to the below address:

Should you suspect your item is faulty, please contact info@innovatis.com.au as soon as possible, with your name, order number and a description of the fault, so we can assess the issue and ensure that it is rectified as early as possible.

First off, we apologise that you have not had the experience with Innovatis that we strive to give every one of our customers! We list all our ingredients transparently on each product page so that if you are aware of any that specifically contain a known allergen to you specifically. We do this to ensure that you can make informed purchases around your individual sensitivities. However, we understand that reactions from time to time and should this be the case for you please email info@innovatis.com.au with your full name, address, order number and the product that you have reacted to, along with a few details on the reaction that you have had, and we will come back to you as soon as possible to ensure that the correct steps are taken.

Unfortunately, none of our Innovatis treatments are available for public purchase. This is because each of the treatments is highly prescriptive and requires a hair professional to assess your hair and prescribe the correct treatment for your hair type. This is to not only protect the health & longevity of your care but also the satisfaction of your results.
